EXCHANGE / RETURN

If you want to return or exchange a product, you can contact us within 30 days after receiving the order via coconutpawsland@gmail.com. Please provide us the order number and reason you want to return/exchange the item. If you request has been accepted, we will provide you all necessary instructions of how to proceed with the exchange or return. Returned items must be unused and retain the same condition as you received.
